Group training
Group Sessions caters to any individual looking to be well rounded in fitness, and is always modified or added to fit anyones fitness level. It’s a “go at your own pace” style of group. Guided through each exercise with proper form, the instructor Jason will motivation, and push your limits but make your experience as positive as possible! You can be 18 or 70 years old, everyone in the class is there for the same reason! Trying to be the best “them” they can be!

1-2 Person Training
1-2 Person Training caters to each individuals goals and needs. If you have injuries, specific goals, or want customized “out side of the box” workouts this is the package you want to go for! Strength + Condition, Boxing, Muscle gain, Weight loss, and Mobility training can be provided with Personal Training. UPSWING Fit personal training is provided with a full body assessment, weight loss or gain tracking, full body measurements, and diet aiding. You will be on our referral program!
